- Product Materials Questions
1-  What is stainless steel?
Answer : At Name Gallery, we turn high-quality stainless steel into fashionable and personalized jewelry. Our products are typically available in two colors (silver and gold).  
Stainless steel is an alloy of iron with a minimum of 10.5% chromium. It does not readily corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does. 
2- Stainless steel maintenance tips
Answer : However, stainless steel is durable and does not corrode; it can get scratched and stained. This type of steel may lose its luster over time which can be easily preserved with some simple rules. 
For wearing stainless steel jewelry, we recommend you to:
- Remove jewelry during manual tasks, kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and moving heavy objects.
- Remove it before using swimming pools, spas, shower or bathe in order to preserve them from losing or scratching.
- Keep your gold-plated jewelry away from hard surfaces to prevent from bumps and scratches and reduce rust speed.
- Put jewelry on after applying cosmetics and lotions, spraying perfume or hairspray.
- Do not wear jewelry when you do contact sports or exercise.
- Remove jewelry before going to bed at the end of the day.
For cleaning stainless steel jewelry, we recommend you to:
- Clean your jewelry with stainless steel cleaners.
- Simply follow these steps:
1- Use mild dishwashing liquid (two or three drops) in a small bowl with warm water;
2- Dip a lint-free cloth in the water and wipe jewelry lightly with it;
3- Dry it with a clean cotton towel.
- Be careful! Do not expose your stainless steel jewelry to chlorinated products such as chlorine bleach. Chlorinated products can pit stainless steel so rinse your jewelry as soon as possible if it comes into contact with these products.
3-  Do you have guaranty on your jewelry?
Answer : Yes, we have 1-year guaranty on all of our products against corroding, rust or stain. 
- Ordering Questions
1-  Do I have to create an account if I want to place an order?
Answer : Definitely yes, because creating an account allows you to access previous orders and track the shipment. 
2- How do I send a gift to someone else?
Answer : Once you place an order, you will be asked to select your shipping address. Simply write the address of your choice and let us take care of the rest. 
3-  How do I change an order after it has been placed?
Answer : Our system is designed to start making your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. So if you desire to change an order, within 24 hours it will be free to cancel it and order another. After 24 hours, for all canceled or changed orders there is 30 percent restocking fee. 
4- Why didn’t I get a confirmation/ shipping email?
Answer : It is important to provide us with a valid email address because after placing an order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email including all your order details.  If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam box. 
- Personalization Questions
1- Can I change the font for a particular design?
Answer : There are several writing styles for each design and there is an option to view them on our preview system before choosing one. Actually, these provided writing styles will work best for each design.  
2- How can I preview my jewelry?
Answer : All of our products have a preview feature that makes it easy to view your design with different writing styles before placing an order. 
3- Are special symbols or characters permitted in an engraving?
Answer : Yes, we can. Actually, we can engrave any symbol or characters that appear on the keyboard.
- Payment Questions
1- What are my payment options if I make a purchase from Name Gallery?
Answer : Name Gallery proudly accepts Master Card, Discover, Visa and American Express.  Please note that all credit card transactions will be charged in CAD dollars according to the exchange rate of the day on which the order was placed. 
2-  Is online payment secure on your internet site?
Answer : We are proud to secure your online payment with the most advanced e-commerce tools and we have never had a problem with credit card fraud or misuse. 
- Shipment and Delivery Questions
1- Do you ship worldwide?
Answer : We currently offer shipping only to Canada.
2- How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Answer :

We have no stock items. We prepare each handmade product on demand and just for you. After placing an order, the production time will be as follows:

  • Silver products: 10-14 business days.
  • Gold products: 25 business days.

Note:

You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the production time for your order and adding in the shipping time based on the delivery method you choose during checkout:

  • Standard shipping: 10-14 business days.
  • Express shipping: 2-5 business days.

If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately.

3- How much does shipping cost?
Answer : We offer free shipping to all our customers in Canada. However, by choosing express shipping, you may be charged for any customs fees. For more information, please write to [email protected] 
4-  How do I track my order online?
Answer : Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email including a link to the shipping company’s tracking website, with detailed information about the status and location of your order. 
5- Do you offer gift wrap and gift message?
Answer : We do not offer gift wrap but you can order a gift card for special events. 
- Return and Cancellation Questions
1- What if I want to make a return?
Answer : We want you to be completely satisfied and have an interesting shopping experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, feel free to return it. For more information, please check out our Return Policy or write to [email protected]
2- How can I cancel an order?
Answer : If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, within 24hours it will be free. Kindly note because our personalized items are unique and are crafted with your personal characteristics, after 24 hours, on all canceled or changed orders there is 30 percent restocking fee.
